Wool and its properties

We only use high-quality new wool for our products, mostly from Merino sheep. Merino wool is a particularly fine quality of wool.

How is the wool obtained?

For our scarves we only use pure new wool , which is obtained by shearing live animals.

This wool is of particularly high quality.

To protect sheep from parasites, the skin around the tail of some animals is removed. This process, known as mulesing, is painful and is carried out without anesthesia. We do not want to support this. Our wool comes from New Zealand and is mulesing- free!
