This is the return process

If you like all of your new favorite pieces, we are of course happy - also because there is no environmentally harmful return shipping.

If you would like to return something to us:

You can try on and check the items you have ordered at your leisure. If you don't like something, you can return it for a fee within 30 days of receiving your order. 

Please remember that we can only accept returns if the item is unused and in perfect condition . Therefore, please do not remove labels, do not soil or wash the item and place it in the package in a careful, wrinkle-free condition.

2. PACK THE ITEMS YOU WANT TO RETURN

• Your package contains a Return form at . Please enter your reasons for returning the goods and enclose it with the goods. This will help us to improve our selection and avoid unnecessary returns.

• Please pack the items in question carefully in their packaging materials and place them in suitable shipping packaging (e.g. the one in which your order was delivered).
  
  

3. SHIP THE PACKAGE

• Drop off the package at the shipping service provider of your choice.
• You as the buyer are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Very important: Ask for the delivery receipt and keep it safe until the return has been successfully processed.
  
  

4. YOUR RETURN IS BEING PROCESSED

• We will process returns as quickly as possible.
  In most cases within 7 working days.
• After checking the goods, we will refund the amount using the same payment method you used for your order.
